Relapse Vulnerabilities Program

In early recovery it is not uncommon for most alcoholics and addicts of other addictions to be unaware
of what is happening to them and why that is happening. One reason for this state of confusion is that
most alcoholics and addicts , rather than living in the moment, where they have a sense of being in control,
the tendency is to live in the past or project into the future, thus increasing the risks of relapse.
The Relapse Vulnerabilities Program is a recovery–based program designed
specifically to help the alcoholic and addict to become aware of why and what is
happening to them in any given moment and under any situation or circumstance, thus
reducing the risk of a relapse.
The Relapse Vulnerabilities
recovery–based program assists the struggling user to challenge and
conquer their fear of relapse, become aware of certain invisible emotional triggers that
increase the risk of relapse. The program teaches you to be aware of where, why,
how, and what is going on in your life at any given moment, thus reducing the
risk of a relapse.
The Relapse Vulnerabilities Program will support you through each of the four
transitional stages of recovery, which in turn dispel the negative energy around
the fear of relapsing.
It is in the early stages of recovery that you are most likely to replase . This is
because you are at your most vulnerable to the pain, fear and difficulty of
maintaining your recovery. During the early and middle stages of recovery is
where irrational thoughts, negative emotions, impulsive behaviour and
spiritual restlessness are in full force and you are seemingly without power to
control the force of negativity when it hits without warning.
The Relapse Vulnerabilities Program is designed to help you, not only,
identify your level of vulnerable, for instance when you are in the company of
certain people, place, situation, circumstance and events. The program supports
you to implement effective interventions strategies, coping skills, personal
insights, assertive skills, and effective communication and listening skills to
reduce the risk of you relapsing.
The Relapse Vulnerabilities Program will effectively:
